Hey! It’s been awhile! I have a few updates!! Number one- I came home in late November and will be home until January 5th. There were a few unfortunate circumstances related to Covid and the AIM staff made an important decision to keep us home until then. Number two- I had Covid! One of those unfortunate circumstances happened to be an outbreak of Covid-19 on my squad. We were all healthy now, and were able to rest at home. Number three- WE ARE LAUNCHING TO COSTA RICA! The staff worked so hard in making this happen so shout out to them! We will be living there and doing all sorts of ministry for six months!! It is a possibility that we go to a second country but not guaranteed. That is all announcements I have for right now :))

Since this season has officially come to an end, I want to take this blog to mention a few things I have learned during this beautiful time of growth & friendship. So here we go…. things I learned in Gainesville:

1. God does not call us to places just to leave us there. He goes there before us, stands beside us, walks us through it, and protects us from behind.

2. Don’t go to the Lord with an agenda-go with an open heart.

3. His timing is way better than ours.

4. Surrendering is something we have to do every. single. day. Die to our flesh and lay it all down over and over and over again.

5. In EVERY situation, God will reveal himself to you.

6. Walking in Honor=Walking in Love

7. Through the trials and storms, we grow and mature. We cannot experience the fullness of His goodness when everything is going perfect.

8. The Lord is steadfast!!!!!! The same then, now, tomorrow, here, there, and FOREVER.

9. We can enter Jesus’ rest any day and walk in His peace consistently.

10. We need to stop working in order to dwell-when we do that we get to bring a little heaven on earth.

11. It is OKAY to change, He did not create us to stay the same.

12. Shame has NO place.

13. The Lord is always seeking us-we just need to run to Him.

14. We need to be close to hear Him. Even when He is silent does not mean he is not there.

15. If we know Jesus, we need to look like Him.

16. All of the ‘impossibilities’ of this world, are the normals of The Kingdom.

17. Freely I have received, freely I will give.

18. We need to let go of any expectations we may have & give them to God.

19. God will not work if we are not actively pushing Him each and every day.

20. Our past does not define us. We are made new each and every day. We are worthy. We have the privilege of grace and repentance and then get to walk those out.

21. SPEAK LIFE: we become whoever the people we love most say we are and, our love has the power to transform even the darkest places.

22. My identity lies in Christ and Christ only.

23. Step out into uncomfortability- sometimes that is right where we need to be. Being comfortable places limits!

24. Good works pour out through us when we have faith because He is Good

25. Pray all the hard prayers.

26. We have authority over the devil.

27. I love Psalms 27 & 91

28. He shows us something new every time we seek Him out.

29. We need to be doers & live out our faith-be ALL IN. Faith is not a label it is a lifestyle.

30. HE IS ENOUGH

Thanks for making it this far <3
